Job summary

Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your career. You will rotate through departments to gain hands-on experience and understand Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management while preparing for future leadership roles.

You will work with experienced managers to learn leadership skills and participate in projects aimed at improving sales and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree must be obtained within six months.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at end of program.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in‑depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities
