Saint-Gobain Innovation North America is seeking an experience AI Engineer II to accelerate Saint-Gobain R&D and industrial innovation by translating high-value business, scientific, and operational problems into production-ready AI and digital solutions. The role is intended for a hands-on builder who has deployed software, data, machine-learning, and/or generative-AI systems in real industrial or enterprise environments, and who can work directly with scientists, engineers, IT, cyber/security, and business stakeholders to identify the right opportunities, define success criteria, build usable solutions, and drive adoption.
The incumbent should be deeply curious about scientific and industrial workflows, but the differentiator is the ability to communicate effectively, operate in ambiguity, own end-to-end delivery, and convert prototypes into reliable, maintainable tools that create measurable value for Saint-Gobain innovation teams and businesses. The role strengthens the Data & AI team by connecting domain experts and enterprise platforms, capturing reusable deployment patterns, and feeding practical learnings back into future AI product roadmaps.

Saint‑Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,260 to $178,540. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
