Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months, with the opportunity to advance to Assistant Store Manager after the initial 8-week training. The typical schedule is 44 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of products to deliver effective customer recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
• Maintain store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support training, development, performance management and corrective action.
• Respond to customer and employee requests and concerns.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to grow market share.
