Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is launching an entry-level Management & Sales Training Program in the United States, designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. You will work with store management to drive a million-dollar business and sell to large commercial users, while developing leadership, customer service, and operations skills.

Upon successful completion of the program, you may advance to an Assistant Store Manager position.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

Complete training consistent with the established program.
Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Build knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations.
Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain store condition and visual merchandising.
Assist in employee training and performance management.
Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
Partner with Store Manager for outside sales to grow market share.
