Must Have Skills:
- Active Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (with healthcare focus), Organizational Management, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in the Military Health System or federal healthcare environment
- Minimum 3 years organizing and executing events with 50+ attendees
- Certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional
- At least one additional certification (e.g., Project Management, Healthcare Quality, Strategic Planning, Foresight, or Lean/Six Sigma)
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Coordinate and document strategic meetings, assessments, and governance sessions
- Lead logistical planning for major events, including leadership forums and strategy workshops
- Analyze and synthesize strategic performance data for reporting and decision support
- Develop written materials and communications for senior-level audiences
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and action tracking for high-visibility governance engagements
- Ensure consistency and alignment across communication and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and archives of strategic planning activities
- Prepare visually compelling briefing decks and dashboards
- Support execution of strategic plans through organized and timely communication
- Facilitate follow-up and accountability processes post-meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of performance tracking frameworks and communication strategies
