Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Dekalb, IL for 40 hours per week. The 10 to 12 week program starts May 19, 2027, with dates required for eligibility such as May 18, 2027 and specific dates in June and July.

As an intern, you will work in a team-based environment, learning to run a business, develop leadership skills, and complete projects that mirror the work of full-time professionals in management roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date in Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start May 18th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in performance incentives and referrals.
