Job summary

Enterprise is hiring a Management Internship at its Dekalb, IL office. The paid, part-time program offers hands-on experience in managing a fleet, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies while collaborating with peers and mentors.

Ideal candidates are Seniors graduating in Spring 2027 with at least 6 months of sales or leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to commit 10–11 weeks starting January 5, 2027, for 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Senior-graduate to be eligible with a Bachelor's degree in Spring 2027.
• At least 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
