Job summary

Enterprise seeks a Management Internship in Davenport, IA to build practical business and leadership skills. As a paid intern, you’ll tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment, learning what it takes to run a successful business.

You will work 40 hours per week during a 10-12 week program, starting May 19, 2027, in the Davenport office. The role offers real projects, potential incentives, and a pathway to strong professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student working towards the completion of their Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of either August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
• Must be available the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, June 7th-June 9th and Thursday, July 29th.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills by rotating through real-world duties in a team-based setting.
• Contribute to projects that cover fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategy development.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
