Job summary

Enterprise offers a paid, part-time Management Internship in Decatur, IL (62526). You’ll gain real-world leadership experience from day one, handling projects across sales, customer relations, and marketing while working in a team-based environment.

Qualified candidates are seniors graduating Spring 2027 with 6 months of sales/leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and work authorization in the United States. The 10–11 week program starts January 5, 2027, with a 25 hour/week commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior- graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support management learning by taking on projects across sales, leadership, and customer interaction.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Engage peers through internal competitions and potential performance incentives.
