Job summary

MCL Talent Partners is hiring for an entry-level management role focused on customer experience, client relationships, and team coordination in the Des Moines metro area. No experience is required; on-site training is provided to help you start with confidence and grow into leadership roles.

You will work on-site in Clive, IA, assisting customers by phone and in person, identifying needs, and maintaining strong client relationships as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• No prior customer support or call center experience required; training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer work.
• Data entry, organization, and cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Solid typing skills and professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with friendly, professional support by phone and in person.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or benefits.
• Handle inquiries quickly and keep satisfaction high through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Check in with current and past clients to protect relationships.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and client information in Microsoft Office.
• Use strong phone etiquette and active listening to build rapport.
• Work with the team to hit shared goals and improve service quality.

• Target First-Year Range: $47,000 - $96,000+. Depending on individual execution and production.
