Job summary

Athena Global Advisors, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Summer 2027 Management Consulting Intern to help plan, coordinate, and deliver client and internal initiatives.

You will gain hands-on exposure to team collaboration, client needs, and moving projects from strategy through execution. During the internship, you will build foundational consulting, project delivery, and client service skills while working with a team engaged with leading firms.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a college/university program.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in management consulting and client service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and priority trackers to help guide work through completion.
• Conduct research to inform client recommendations, project decisions, and team discussions.
• Contribute to presentations, reports, and other client-ready deliverables by developing clear, thoughtful content.
• Support meetings by preparing materials, capturing decisions and action items, and coordinating follow-up.
• Organize and maintain project knowledge, including status updates, meeting notes, trackers, and shared resources.
