You will support client-facing work across Management Consulting, Marketing & Communications, Events & Experiences, Innovation & Market Intelligence, and Optimization & Reporting. This analyst role is designed for a curious generalist who will collaborate across disciplines, support internal and external workstreams, and build foundational skills for growth within a fast-paced consultancy.

Formación

• Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking across projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about consulting, marketing, events, analytics, strategy, and client partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Support client-facing teams with project coordination, research, deliverables, and presentation development.
• Partner with colleagues to manage client outcomes and maintain momentum across workstreams.
• Synthesize complex information into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations.
• Prepare and edit presentations, reports, briefing materials, and client-ready deliverables.
• Track tasks, timelines, and next steps to keep projects organized.
• Collaborate across departments to understand Athena’s integrated client service approach.
• Contribute to meetings by capturing notes and action items.
• Balance multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Produce high-quality work that drives client impact.
