Job summary

Athena Global Advisors, Inc. in Philadelphia invites you to join our Summer 2027 Intern, Events & Experiences.

You’ll work with seasoned event planners and designers to support the coordination, execution, and enhancement of client-facing and internal events, as well as corporate activations. This paid 9-week internship runs June 15 through August 11, with interns working 20–30 hours per week in person at our Philadelphia headquarters.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration across creative, marketing, events, and operations.
• Able to research and document event materials and agendas.
• Excellent communication and time‑management.
• Willingness to work in-person in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for client and internal events.
• Support vendor research, outreach, and communications.
• Help develop and document event materials such as agendas, signage, and attendee communications.
• Participate in on-site event execution, post-event reporting, and internal meetings.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for experiential marketing ideas.
• Conduct research to inform and support project strategy development
