Job summary

Interns work 20–30 hours per week in person at our Philadelphia headquarters, with a nine-week program running June 15 through August 11. Mentorship and a Capstone Project support real-world initiatives and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection activities: postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks.
• Support onboarding: new hire paperwork, orientations, training coordination.
• Support employee relations: maintain files, draft communications, coordinate recognition.
• Assist with HR projects: performance management, diversity and inclusion, engagement, learning & development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and laws.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
• Perform other duties and learn HR fundamentals.
