Job summary

Athena Global Advisors is seeking Management Consulting Interns for a Summer 2027 in-person program at our Philadelphia headquarters. Interns will work 20-30 hours per week over a nine-week period, gaining hands-on exposure to planning, delivery, and client-facing work.

You will collaborate with experienced teams, contribute to real client initiatives, and participate in training and Capstone projects designed to build foundational consulting and project-delivery skills.
