Job summary

Athena Global Advisors is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern for Events & Experiences in Philadelphia. You will support coordination, execution, and enhancement of client-facing and internal events, gaining hands-on exposure to event logistics and cross-functional collaboration.

Interns work 20–30 hours per week, in-person at our Philadelphia headquarters, with a capstone project and mentorship throughout the program. Compensation is $20/hour for the nine-week program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for client and internal events.
• Support vendor research, outreach, and communications.
• Develop and document event materials such as agendas and signage.
• Participate in on-site event execution and post-event reporting.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for experiential ideas.
• Conduct research to inform project strategy.
