The program emphasizes hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Marketing, Events, Operations, and Data Analytics, and a final Capstone project presented to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and priority trackers to help guide work through completion.
• Conduct research to inform client recommendations, project decisions, and team discussions.
• Contribute to presentations, reports, and other client-ready deliverables by developing clear, thoughtful content.
• Support meetings by preparing materials, capturing decisions and action items, and coordinating follow-up.
• Organize and maintain project knowledge, including status updates, meeting notes, trackers, and shared resources.
