• Provide oversight, synchronize, integrate, and report activities regarding Compliance Program execution throughout DLA Distribution and the Enterprise Risk Management Program (ERM).
• Execute and implement a Distribution Risk Management and Internal Controls Program.
• Leads Distribution in the performance and submission of ERM deliverables to DLA ERM.
• Direct, manage, and perform testing of Storage and Distribution manual and automated internal controls.
• Develop overarching Control Objectives for all key Distribution processes and establish Control Activities for each Control Objective to verify all Objectives are being met across all Distribution Centers.
• Provide complex/authoritative analytical and technical expertise to DLA Distribution on the Compliance Team focused on process controls development, testing and corrective actions.
• Provide expertise to Risk Internal Control Administrator and select DLA Distribution leadership to foster awareness of the ERM.
• Monitors all self-identified deficiencies for adequate root cause analysis and corrective action plan (CAP) milestones. Develop CAPs for external findings, as required.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst (Audit and Compliance), your resume and supporting documentation must support:

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
• Applying the principles, methods, and tools used for risk assessment and mitigation, including assessment of failures and their consequences.
• Management of distribution, transportation, storage, inventory and industrial operations, practices, programs and policies.
• Auditing programs to ensure compliance with installation and federal guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Create, implement, audit and manage programs.
