Education: BA/BS from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in a business, financial, or technical field.

Allowable Substitution: An AA/AS degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and two (2) additional years of experience or a High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree.

Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in financial/cost management, three (3) years of which have been in Department of Navy or other Department of Defense programs or operations.

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
