Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly qualified Operations/Program Analyst in the United States to collect and analyze data, support program management, and improve operational efficiency within Army/DoD programs. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with MBSE familiarity and LVC experience enabling effective modeling and simulation tasks.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, development of TDMPs, and adherence to FAR/DFARS along with CMPR requirements and QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3 yrs of experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Army or DoD modeling & simulation programs.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs.
• Knowledge of Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) environments.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience with Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and organize information on operational problems or procedures.
• Define methodologies for data collection efforts supporting program analysis.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in local workflows.
• Support development and delivery of progress, status, and management reports.
• Assist in preparation of Technical Direction Management Plans (TDMPs).
• Conduct organizational studies & evaluations to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management.
• Support program management activities including cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Assist in quality assurance/quality control program implementation.
• Support quarterly program reviews and action item tracking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in support of contract deliverables.
• Participate in meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making.
