DSCYF/Youth Rehabilitation Svcs seeks a Management Analyst III to direct management studies, analyze data, and evaluate operational practices across state government. The role conducts complex organizational assessments, interprets findings, and recommends improvements to policies and processes.

The position may include supervision of administrative support and paraprofessional staff, contributing to efficiency, compliance, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Three years experience conducting studies evaluating operations, programs, services, and compliance with laws and regulations
• Three years experience in descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation)
• Three years experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and procedures
• Six months experience designing studies including determining goals, data sources, and collection methods
• Six months experience making recommendations for operational changes based on findings
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, and analysis of variance
