Baltimore County Government seeks a Management Analyst I in the Property Management Budget and Accounts Payable Unit. Under general supervision, the incumbent performs professional fiscal, administrative, and analytical duties to support operating, capital, and grant budgets.
Responsibilities include preparing budget requests and projections, ensuring expenditures stay within appropriations, assisting with contracts and grants, and providing guidance on purchasing activities.
Pay Schedule VI, Grade 26, Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, public administration, economics, or a related field.
(Additional experience involving the analysis and evaluation of budgets, systems, policies and procedures, organizations, and programs may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required education.)
Some positions within this classification may require possession of a valid driver's license equivalent to a non-commercial, class C Maryland driver's license at the time of appointment.
