Baltimore County in Towson, MD seeks a Management Analyst II in Finance and Administration Operations to perform advanced fiscal and administrative duties under supervision and supervise staff.
This role plans, analyzes budgets, grants, contracts, and program finances; reviews expenditures; prepares reports; and coordinates procurement and vendor contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Pay Schedule VI, Grade 29, Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week

Under general supervision, performs advanced professional and supervisory professional fiscal, administrative, and analytical duties. Supervises administrative staff.
Performs other related duties as required.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, public administration, economics, or a related field;

Two years' experience performing professional fiscal, administrative, and/or analytical duties.
Additional experience involving the analysis and evaluation of budgets, systems, policies and procedures, organizations, and programs may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required education.
Education in business administration, public administration, or a related field beyond a bachelor's degree may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
