Air Force Civilian Service in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Full-Time Management Analyst to support Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command. You will maintain manpower requirements, conduct organizational analyses, and drive CPI/LSS initiatives to improve mission effectiveness and resource efficiency.

Qualifikationen

Knowledge of DoD, Joint Service, and Air Force CPI principles.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and benchmarking.
Ability to perform metric/statistical analysis to resolve problems.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with stakeholders.

Maintain manpower requirements and conduct organizational analyses.
Lead command-wide manpower determinations and CPI/LSS projects.
Design work measurement studies and engineered time standards.
Advise leadership on POM integration and UMD management.
