LMR Technical Group is seeking a Management Analyst to support NUWCDIVNPT in Keyport, WA. The role requires strong analytical, budgeting, and project-management capabilities to support senior leadership and program success.

You will prepare statements of work, metrics, and budget exhibits, while conducting organizational studies and efficiency improvements. A Secret clearance is preferred and the position emphasizes attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Word proficiency for analysis and input to financial/program decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail and organization.

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Management Analyst to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT).

Location:

Keyport, WA

Overview:

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWCDIVKPT) provides test and evaluation; in-service engineering, maintenance, and repair; Fleet readiness, and industrial base support for undersea warfare systems, countermeasures, and sonar systems. Essential to the successful execution of NUWCDIVKPT’s mission is the ability to obtain contractor-provided business and administrative support services to supplement the technical civilian workforce.

Job Description:

The Management Analyst will conduct analytical work on a wide range of subjects of importance such as project/program effectiveness, policy development, project management, information systems, law, and regulatory compliance, and may be asked to support special ad-hoc projects for senior managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical work on a wide range of subjects of importance such as project/program effectiveness, policy development, project management, information systems, law, and regulatory compliance.
• Support special ad-hoc projects for senior managers.
• Conduct organizational, budgetary and efficiency studies and evaluations related to cost, schedule, and performance.
• Prepare customer (sponsor) statement of work proposals, metrics, budget exhibits, and other program related data drills.
• Conduct simplifications and measurement studies, and update or prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management and project managers in operating more efficiently and effectively or to reduce costs.
• Must have a high level of knowledge in project management and must be able to support senior leadership by collecting, assembling, and communicating project plans, as well as project execution with little to no government involvement.
• Perform fiscal year closeout and startup analyses.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Word) to provide analysis, metrics and input to individual making financial, accounting and/or program/project related decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong time management skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current, active Secret security clearance.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Management Analyst, or similar management field. Certificate in Project Management, Lean Principles, or related certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.

Expected Salary Range:

$65,000 - $70,000 annually. Salary will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, training, certifications and work location.
