Job summary

Echo Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking an MT Operations Manager to drive strategic planning and leadership across logistics, transportation, and customer service for Enterprise clients.

You will build client relationships, lead continuous improvement, and monitor KPIs to optimize financial performance and team productivity. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in logistics, and proven experience leading a team of logistics specialists.

As an MT Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Operations:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service for Enterprise clients.
• Build relationships with Clients through constant contact and advocacy by offering advice, solutions, and proactive issue management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients.
• Monitor, improve and report upon key performance indicators including financial performance of accounts and team productivity.
• Conduct market research to proactively communicate industry trends that will impact a client’s business.

Management:

• Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Provide operational excellence by training, developing, and managing your team on a daily basis.
• Coach team members to grow and succeed in their roles.

The Operations Manager position is well-suited for you if you are:

Compensation $73,987.00-107,576.00 per year
