Job summary

M2 Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a client-facing IT professional in Green Bay to support managed services and IT solutions. You will work with customers to resolve complex issues, maintain strong communication, and deliver data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in managed services, familiarity with partner tools, and a strong desire to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT Solutions.
• Familiarity with NinjaOne, Datto, Huntress, SentinelOne, ScalePad and Todyl is a plus.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, cybersecurity, backup solutions and modern IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and convey business insight through data and reporting.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own issues until they are fixed; do not hand off half-solved problems.
• Be available outside standard hours when necessary.
• Show willingness to learn and take on new technologies.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working in the Managed Services or IT Solutions industry; familiarity with solutions provided by NinjaOne , Datto, Huntress , SentinelOne , ScalePad and Todyl a plus
