You will oversee all operational aspects of the client's JD Edwards (JDE) and other financial applications, including staffing (onshore & offshore), financial management, client relations, business development, and service level management.

The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will oversee the delivery of managed services for a client’s financial applications, ensuring satisfaction and achievement of business objectives. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, maintain executive-level client relationships, and mentor emerging leaders.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
