Director, Applications (AI/Azure Databricks) - REMOTE

Job Summary: Design, develop, and communicate technology models and foundations used to run applications, data, and infrastructure supporting business processes. Apply key principles such as stability, scalability, performance, security, and re-use to ensure a balance between tactical and strategic solutions. Consider end-to-end business problems involving people, process, and technology, both within and outside the enterprise. Promote industry and enterprise technology standards, monitor emerging technologies, and adhere to design and development standards within architectural compliance and governance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Establish and manage key performance metrics; develop goals and strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Mentor, coach, and lead Application Design, Development, and Support teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the success of systems like the Health Performance Assessment System.
• Lead the evolution of Molina's application development practices.
• Work with business and IT teams to deliver certifiable Medicaid Management Information Systems solutions.
• Coordinate with EPMO and business stakeholders to manage priorities, delivery, and expectations.

Job Qualifications:

Required Education:

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

7-9 years in Application Design, Development, Management, Healthcare Industry.

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years in Healthcare Industry.
• AI Data Integration.
• Membership and Claims applications.
• Azure Databricks, Python, Spark, QNXT.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Technology, Mobility, ITIL.
