Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a Managed Services Engineering Specialist for a remote position. This role is essential for accelerating product development and growth by acting as a liaison between technical sales and implementation teams while providing training and ongoing support to end users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data networking, cloud services, and customer support, along with relevant certifications. Experience with Microsoft applications and vendor technologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in data networking.
• Baseline experience with various hosted applications including Meraki, Ruckus, Datto, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic onboarding and provisioning of Cloud Managed Solutions.
• Handle initial ticket and support response.
• Assist with basic network design.
• Support basic cloud equipment staging and configuration.
• Facilitate basic cloud solution onboarding.

Job Overview

Managed Services Engineering Specialist – Remote position. This role accelerates Commercial Support product development and growth by serving as the liaison between technical sales and implementation teams. The specialist provides training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of Vyve Broadband services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic onboarding and provisioning of Cloud Managed Solutions
• Initial ticket and support response
• Basic network design
• Basic cloud equipment staging and configuration
• Basic cloud solution onboarding

Qualifications

Education

High School degree or equivalent required. College degree strongly preferred.

Certifications

CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MS-900, and Cisco Meraki ECMS 1/2 preferred.

Experience
