Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive healthcare consulting experience with measurable outcomes.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams toward excellence in care delivery.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of value-based care and healthcare policy.
• Analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive self‑starter with resourcefulness.
• Ability to interface with physicians, hospital execs, IPAs, and health plans.

Responsibilities
