Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of hospital-based Radiologic Technologist and Mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams following physician orders and protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Gather patient history, explain procedures, and address questions to reduce anxiety.
• Review images for quality, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Operate mammography equipment safely, optimize imaging techniques, and perform quality control tests.
• Document procedures accurately, manage equipment cleanliness, and support infection control protocols.
• Assist in emergencies, provide patient education, and support training for new team members.
• Maintain professional communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and documentation standards.
