Job summary

SimonMed in Mesa (AZ) seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with precision and compassionate patient care.

You will operate digital mammography systems, participate in MQSA/ACR compliance, and collaborate with a busy outpatient imaging team while maintaining high image quality and patient comfort. ARRT certifications and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Certified in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) per MQSA requirements.
• State license where applicable; current BLS.
• Experience with digital mammography, RIS, and PACS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis.
• Ensure correct positioning, optimal compression, and ALARA dosing.
• Label images accurately and document procedures in RIS/PACS.
• Maintain MQSA compliance and participate in QA activities.
• Mentor students and support a collaborative outpatient team.
