Job summary

Fairfax Radiology Breast Center of Loudoun; Lansdowne, Virginia is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a full-time, weekday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM). No weekends, evenings, holidays, or call.

You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, position patients, ensure image quality, and support radiologists. Join a team that emphasizes precision, compassion, and high-quality patient care in a respected radiology practice.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Virginia Radiologic Technologist license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams.
• Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality images.
• Ensure imaging meets radiologist diagnostic standards.
• Provide clear communication and reassurance during exams.
• Follow imaging protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologist teammates.
