Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Mammography Technologist – Outpatient in Largo, FL. The position focuses on performing DEXA exams and X-rays, with responsibilities spanning patient care, RIS data management, and support for imaging operations.

The role requires ARRT radiology certification, Florida radiology licensure, and a minimum of 1 year radiology experience, along with BLS. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri with occasional weekend coverage.

• ARRT Radiologic Technologists – Relevant Specialty.
• Radiology – State of Florida license.
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) or Associates Degree – Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Shift Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Shift: Shift 1, Days
• Weekend Work: 1 Sat a month 7:30am - 3:00pm (Tues off)

Mammography Technologist - Outpatient Responsibilities

• The Mammography Technologist - Outpatient performs DEXA exams and X-rays when needed. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
