Job summary

Overlake Breast Health Center is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform diagnostic mammograms (about 80% of duties) and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures, including stereotactic biopsies or ultrasound-guided procedures, in accordance with department policy and procedure.

Requirements include an AA in radiology, ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications, WA state registration, CPR, and at least two years of diagnostic mammography experience; ultrasound experience is a plus.

  • AA from an accredited radiology program is required.
  • ARRT (R) certification required.
  • ARRT (M) Mammography Certification is required.
  • Registered with WA State required.
  • CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
  • Two years prior diagnostic/procedural mammography experience mandatory.
  • Ultrasound experience preferred.

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: - Hourly $52.87 - $79.31 Per Diem - shifts are typically 8 hours but we do offer 4 hour shifts for some days. Overlake Breast Health Center has an opportunity for a Mammography Technologist with exceptional patient care skills. If selected, you'll be responsible for performing diagnostic mammograms (at least 80% of the time) as well as assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures, including either stereotactic biopsies or ultrasound guided procedures, in accordance with department policy and procedure.

Qualifications

AA from an accredited radiology program is required. ARRT (R) certification required ARRT (M) Mammography Certification is required. Registered with WA State required Healthcare provider CPR required Two years previous diagnostic/procedural mammography experience mandatory. Ultrasound experience preferred.
