Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography according to ACR guidelines.

The role requires NJ state licensure in Diagnostic Radiology and ARRT certification, with BLS within 60 days of starting. The ideal candidate will have completed an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program, hold strong communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Must be able to meet the requirements for the National Registry (ARRT) and pass the examination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Responsibilities

• The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing mammography examinations following ACR requirements.
• This includes screening and diagnostic mammography as well as all Mammographic procedures.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Must be able to meet the requirements for the National Registry (ARRT) and pass the examination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
