Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general x-ray procedures in accordance with industry standards and Meridian policy, under physician supervision.

Key responsibilities include working with the radiology team under the defined schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 am–5:30 pm) and maintaining required ARRT certification, NJ licensure, and BLS within 60 days of start. This position emphasizes patient care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.

• Performs general x-ray procedures under the direction of the Physician.

The Radiology Technologist Performs general x-ray procedures consistent with industry standards, regulations and Meridian policy, under the direction of the Physician.

The schedule is Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-5:30pm.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification.
• NJ Registered Radiological Technologist License or Diagnostic Radiography License.
• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position.
