Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technician to obtain diagnostic radiographic examinations. Candidates should have an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and ARRT certification, along with a Diagnostic Radiography license and BLS.

Strong communication and computer skills are required to support clinic operations. The role emphasizes teamwork within a patient-centered hospital setting, with on-site responsibilities and adherence to safety

The Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technician is responsible for obtaining diagnostic radiographic examinations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification.
• Diagnostic Radiography License.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.

Contacts:

• Regular contact with medical personnel and its visitors.

Working Conditions:

• Lifts a minimum of 25 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 50 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
