Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation. The role supports interventional and therapeutic procedures within the radiology department.

Required education includes AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, and strong communication skills. Licensure includes NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology and ARRT CT certification within 9 months.

The CT Technologist performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for the interpretation and assists with interventional and therapeutic procedures.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT, CT) within 9 months of entering position
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R.)
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
