Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Radiologic Mammography Technologist to perform mammographic imaging in outpatient clinics across the Greater Sacramento Area. You will prepare patients, relay radiologist instructions, and capture diagnostic images while documenting patient data for review by radiologists.

Ideal candidates have AMA Radiologic Technology training, 40 hours Mammography education, and California CRT & Mammography licensure.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent to AMA Technologic program.
Completion of 40 hours of structured education in Mammography.
Must be licensed by the State of California in CRT & Mammography.

Responsibilities

Perform mammographic imaging procedures in outpatient clinics.
Prepare patients for Radiologic/Mammography examinations and relay radiologist instructions.
Capture usable diagnostic images for accurate radiologist diagnosis.
Document patient data and concerns in the medical record.
Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment; may work at other locations within the Greater Sacramento Area.
