Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Radiologic Mammography Technologist to perform mammographic imaging procedures in outpatient clinics within the Greater Sacramento Area. You will prepare patients, relay radiologist instructions, and capture diagnostic images while maintaining equipment and documenting patient data for review.

Applicants should have a CA CRT & Mammography license, AMA Radiologic Technology training, 40 hours of Mammography education, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Completion of 40 hours of Mammography education.
• Must be CA-licensed in CRT & Mammography (license verification prior to start date).
• Current BLS certification from the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic imaging procedures in outpatient clinics.
• Prepare patients and relay instructions from radiologist.
• Assist in capturing diagnostic images for accurate interpretation.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment.
• Document patient data and care provided in the medical record.
