Qualifications

Mammography Technologist II - Breast Screening / Women's Health Center (Per Diem)

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist II to join our growing team! In this role, you will operate X-ray equipment, develop film, and prepare procedure rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications. You'll also assist physicians in radiologic examinations and provide patient services using imaging modalities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining essential documentation for patient tracking, billing, and film tracking. As a successful candidate, you will:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures of the breast, including mammography, image guidance for biopsy, and image guidance for localization.
• Assist the radiologist, cardiologist, and/or clinician during radiologic procedures, including invasive and non-invasive studies.
• Inform the patient about the procedure and instruct them on participation required to produce an optimal exam. Transport units to the patient's room when necessary.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Diagnostic Radiology Technology experience
• AMA approved school of Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT (R) (M) certification
• Current CRT (R) (M) licenses
• BLS certification
• Hourly Pay Rate: $60.63855/hr
• Note: Candidates with less than 2 years of experience qualify for Mammography Technologist I (Per Diem Rate: $57.20505/hr)
