Experience with QA/QC, patient education, and collaboration with radiologists is valued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography or hospital-based imaging program.
• ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) required.
• New York State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit required.
• Mammography certification preferred or required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammography and general radiographic imaging procedures.
• Position patients according to exam protocols and ensure image quality.
• Assist radiologists during procedures and maintain radiation safety.
