Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is actively hiring Mammography Technologists to join our radiology team in New Britain, Connecticut, supporting a state-of-the-art mammography suite with Tomosynthesis GE Pristina units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiography program.
• CT State Radiographer's License required.
• ARRT (R) required; ARRT (M) preferred.
• Current x-ray and mammography experience preferred.
• Acute care experience and invasive procedures experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic mammographic procedures per established protocols.
• Operate digital tomosynthesis equipment and mammography imaging.
• Opportunity to train in DEXA, stereotactic/needle localization and contrast-enhanced mammography.
