Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a qualified Mammography Technologist to perform 2D and 3D screening and diagnostic exams using ionizing radiation. You will document patient history in Epic EHR and ensure high-quality images with accurate labeling while adhering to ALARA principles.

The role requires ARRT certification and MA licensure, with a minimum of 6 months hospital internship or experience. Eligible for off-site coverage as needed and eligible for overtime per department needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Radiologic equipment operation including Digital and stereotactic systems.
• Licensure and registration by MA Department of Public Health required with ongoing CEUs.
• Minimum 6 months hospital-based clinical internship or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs 2D/3D mammography exams per protocol using ionizing radiation.
• Documents patient history and info in Epic EHR and breast risk module.
• Maintains exam quality with low repeat rate and accurate labeling.
• Adheres to ALARA and participates in QC activities with leadership.
• Willing to work off-sites and at other site locations as needed.
