Job summary

The role requires ARRT licensure (R)(M), MA Radiation Control certification, and at least 6 months of clinical imaging experience.

Qualifications

• Two year AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT licensure (R)(M) and MA Radiation Control licensure required.
• Experience with Epic EHR and breast imaging workflows is preferred.
• Ability to maintain ALARA principles and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D and 3D mammography exams (screening and diagnostic)
• Document patient history and imaging data in Epic EHR
• Maintain image quality with low repeat rates and accurate labeling
• Ensure exams are completed accurately within the EHR system
• Monitor artifacts, motion, and positioning for optimal results
• Participate in department QC activities per ACR standards
• Apply the lowest radiation dose necessary for clear images
• Contribute to team effort to deliver high-quality patient care
• Willingness to work off-sites as needed
• Comply with Lahey Clinic policies and customer service expectations
