As a Mammography Technologist, you will join dedicated professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21^st century, aligning stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

You Will:

• Operate mammographic equipment and other devices following established policies and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while delivering excellent patient care.
• Adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photo cell to optimize image quality.
• Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognize discomfort or medical issues, and respond appropriately.
• Guide patients through procedures with clear communication, addressing questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician inquiries regarding patient imaging and care.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• ARRT(R)(M) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred).
