You Will:

• Perform tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to company policies and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while providing excellent patient care.
• Understand and utilize equipment adjustments such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photocell selection to produce quality images.
• Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and respond appropriately.
• Guide patients through procedures kindly, explaining steps and addressing questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patients.

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, respectful towards patients, colleagues, and guests.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with good prioritization skills and a problem-solving mindset.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• ARRT(R)(M) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred).
