Job summary

Women’s Imaging Specialists in Peachtree Corners, GA is hiring a full-time Mammography Technologist for daytime, outpatient work. You’ll perform 2D & 3D screening and diagnostic mammograms per MQSA and ACR guidelines, educating patients and documenting histories.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(M) Registered and current state license with BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D/3D mammograms following MQSA/ACR guidelines.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and education.
• Document histories and risk factors in RIS/PACS accurately.
• Conduct daily QC to ensure image quality and compliance.
• Maintain safe, clean exam rooms and radiation safety practices.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure continuity of care.

What you’ll do:

• Perform high-quality 2D & 3D screening and diagnostic mammograms following MQSA and ACR guidelines


• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and breast health education before, during, and after exams


• Document patient assessment, history, and risk factors accurately in RIS/PACS


• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly QC to ensure optimal image quality and compliance


• Maintain a safe, clean exam room and practice radiation safety, infection control, and sterile technique


• Collaborate with radiologists and sonographers to ensure continuity of care


• Adapt to the unique needs of a fast-paced outpatient center while maximizing productivity

What you bring:
